PRIVACY POLICY

Oucost Studio builds software engineered to work completely offline. We do not collect, harvest, store, transmit, process, or sell any personal data, usage metrics, device identifiers, or telemetry. All application data resides 100% locally within your private device environment.
Zero Data Collection (No Data Collected)
When you download, install, open, or interact with any offline application or standalone utility developed by Oucost Studio (OUCOST SET LIMITED), the application executes in a sandboxed, fully autonomous local environment. Specifically:
- No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or government IDs.
- No Device Information: We do not collect MAC addresses, IMEI numbers, advertising IDs (IDFA/GAID), IP addresses, or hardware fingerprints.
- No Location Data: Our offline applications do not access GPS, cellular triangulation, Wi-Fi location beacons, or any geolocation services.
- No Behavioral or Analytics Data: We do not record app launches, click streams, screen views, session durations, or behavioral heatmaps.
- No Financial Information: Standalone offline apps do not request or store banking credentials, credit card details, or payment logs.
100% Offline Architecture & Local Storage
Any state, preferences, settings, generated documents, or user inputs generated within the application are written directly to your device’s sandboxed local memory (such as local SQLite, secure KeyStore, Keychain, or internal storage files).
These files never leave your device. They are not synchronized with any external cloud servers, remote databases, or third-party storage infrastructure operated by Oucost Studio or external parties.
Zero Third-Party SDKs, Trackers & Advertisements
Many mobile and desktop apps integrate third-party libraries for advertising, monetization, or analytics. Oucost Studio offline applications strictly prohibit:
- No advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin).
- No behavioral tracking tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel).
- No social media SDKs (e.g., Meta Graph API, TikTok Pixel).
You will never encounter targeted advertisements, tracking beacons, or cross-app tracking within our offline suite.
Device Permissions Policy
If a specific offline application requests operating system permissions (such as access to local storage to save an exported report or camera access to scan a physical QR code offline):
- Permissions are invoked solely on-device in real-time to execute the immediate functional command initiated by the user.
- No image, video frame, sound recording, or file processed during the operation is transmitted over the internet or retained beyond the active task session.
Children’s Privacy (COPPA, GDPR & UK DPA)
Because our offline applications collect absolutely zero personal data from any user, they are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. We do not knowingly target, solicit, or harvest information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union / UK).
